Set up Category options in Theme Editor

From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store -> Themes.
Find the theme that you want to edit, and then click Customize.
Choose Collection from the dropdown window. At Main Collection, click add block "[Sidebar] Categories"

Block Settings

Set Block Title
Select Your Menu

Create Category Menu

From your shopify store admin -> Click Online Store -> Navigation ->
Click Add menu -> Add "Title", then click "add menu item"
Enter Name, Link and click Add
Likewise, add all menu items and click Save.
