Contact Us
Contact Us Page brings questions of customers to the store owner individually as well as provides them with information on how they can get in touch with you. When customers submit the form, the information will be sent to the email you set up in Settings. You will check your email and reply to them manually.
Steps:
From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store -> Pages.
Click Add page.
Enter a title (ex: Contact Us). After that, choose the Theme template like the below image.
Click Save.
How to set up sections for Contact Us Page?
From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store -> Themes.
Find the theme that you want to edit, and then click Customize.
Choose Pages from the dropdown window -> Choose template-contact-1, template-contact-2

Select the layout width of the whole section. The options are: Default (same as the body width), Full Width (the 100% of the viewport width).
Background color - Background gradient - Background image
Set the background color/gradient and background image
Spacing Top / Spacing Bottom on Desktop, Tablet, Mobile
Determine the spacing of the section from its top and bottom sections on Desktop, Tablet and Mobile separately.
Section Title
Enter the title for the section.
Section title alignment
Select the position of the Section title to be either to the left, right, or center of its container.
Section title Spacing Bottom
Determine the spacing of the Section title from its bottom on Desktop, Tablet and Mobile separately.
Contact information
Show contact information
Enable to show contact information on the right side of the contact form.
Heading
Enter the text for the heading.

Enter the content for contact information.
